A Post Mortem examination was done on the body at the New Amsterdam Hospital by Dr. Vivekanand Brijmohan and concluded that Kissoon died from shock and haemorrhage due to multiple chops about the body.Telford represented himself during the preliminary inquiry.The accused had given a caution statement in which he had admitted to the crime. |
