| Randy Blackman, 18,Wholesale Air Max Tn, of 11 Water Street, Cummingsburg,Nike Air Max Outlet Store, and a 16-year-old of Second Street, Agricola,Nike Air Max 95 Sale, were both remanded to prison yesterday on a charge of robbery under arms.It is alleged that the two robbed Maureen Parris of $3M, on August 5, last, at James Street, Albouystown while armed with a dangerous weapon.Blackman was represented by Attorney-at-Law Basil Williams, who,Nike Shox Men Clearance, in a bid to secure bail for his client, told the court that Blackman is a mason with an unblemished record, and that he lives with his mother.The lawyer told the court that when the alleged robbery occurred,Adidas Nmd Shoes For Sale, the victim was seen with people whom he described as questionable characters driving around in a car.The lawyer said that after the incident, the victim suddenly decided that the accused was the person that robbed her.The lawyer questioned the police about the failure to hold an identification parade, which would have given the young man a fair trial.Blackman’s attorney said that he knows that there was a recent amendment to the Firearm Act and that this amendment would determine if bail is granted.Williams said that he has known of senior people who have had more grave matters before the court and who were granted bail.The lawyer then asked that bail be granted at a reasonable sum.
