He pleaded not guilty to the charge.Castillo was represented by attorney at law Peter Hugh. The lawyer did not make a bail application, he simply stated that he was not going to waste the court’s time, and all he wanted is an early date for trial.The magistrate remanded Castillo, who is expected to make another court appearance on April 6. The matter was transferred to the Providence Magistrate’s Court.
