It is also tasked with regulating the relations and settling disputes between members and their employers, as well as the government by amicable agreement, whenever possible. In addition, it is expected to obtain and maintain just wages and salaries, and proper conditions of employment, as well as to protect the interest and welfare of its members.The new executive is expected to meet at least once every month over the next three years with the aim of furthering the interest of the Association.
