GuyExpo remains one of the country’s biggest annual events as numerous persons came out to support the occasion.Once again the event has captured the interest of Guyanese as local products from large and small enterprises went on display. Guyanese were lucky also to access goods and services provided by foreign owned companies.Neighbouring Suriname displayed its tourism booths and its college of Hospitality and Tourism. Matters of education and other service areas were very prevalent.  The opportunity was taken by many persons to learn something new or to become aware, by means of information which was widely available to the public. Many of the organizations provided information through handouts and leaflets. The manufacturing sector, according to some dominated this year’s GuyExpo, while others say the food stalls took the gold medal. On display were many companies, especially those of the construction industry.Melsha’s furniture store, National Hardware,Giovani Lo Celso Jersey, BK International Inc., Comfort Sleep and many other local product producing stores ensured their products were the best mode of advertising to attract the Expo’s patrons.Purchasing was also available to the public and some products prices were reduced.
