| Annai Secondary School from Region Nine emerged Champions of the 2014 ClimateMs. Gitanjali Chandarpal,Jerseys NFL China, Head of the Office of Climate Change, with teachers and other officials and the two teams that participated in the Finals – Annai Secondary School and Covent Garden Secondary SchoolChange-LCDS Secondary Schools Quiz.The quiz was broadcast on the National Communications Network (NCN) over the past three weeks.The quiz was organised by the Office for Climate Change, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and NCN. It featured 16 secondary schools drawn from all ten administrative regions of Guyana with veteran broadcaster and Quizmaster Dr. Rovin Deodat moderating.According to a Government release, the final leg of the competition was played between Covent Garden Secondary School on the East Bank Demerara and Annai Secondary School. At the prize-giving ceremony Gitanjali Chandarpal, Head of the Office of Climate Change, congratulated both teams that made it to the finals and thanked all the schools that took part in the Quiz for their excellent showing and their contribution to educating the Guyanese public on Climate Change and the LCDS.This was the third CC-LCDS Quiz for Secondary Schools organised by the Office of Climate Change.Students from all the teams in the Quiz received special gifts for their participation as well as prizes for winning in each match as they moved forward. The champions,Wholesale Authentic NFL Jerseys, Annai Secondary School,Cheap NFL Jerseys China, received the winners-trophy and Covent Garden received a trophy for the runner-up position.
