The matter was reported and the accused who was subsequently arrested was later identified in an identification parade.The prosecution asked that the accused be denied his pre trial liberty, offering the serious nature and prevalence of the offence as grounds for same.In response, the Magistrate denied bail and the man was remanded to prison until January 24. |
